Pre-Order Items
Some products may be offered as pre-order items and are not immediately available for shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Pre-order items require additional production and processing time before shipment.

- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping timelines begin once the pre-order item has been fulfilled and shipped, not on the date the order was placed.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding significant delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
